With over 12 years experience, Pili Bailey offers tailor made yoga classes focusing on alignment principles to keep the body safe and help the body gain strength by working with each person at their own skill level and ability. After coming back to yoga following a major surgery and learning to practice in a way to overcome injury and her own body’s limitations, Pili brings the knowledge she has gained to her clients.
